These Terms govern your use of the capsacoding.com marketing website (the “Site”) operated by Capsa Coding (“Capsa,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. The Capsa Charge Capture application is provided under a separate written agreement, not these Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or submit false or others' information through our forms.
Informational content only
Content on the Site is for general informational and marketing purposes. It is not medical, coding, billing, compliance, legal, or financial advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. Accuracy figures and screenshots describe specific measured cohorts and are not a guarantee of results in your environment.
Forward-looking statements
Some products described on the Site — including Capsa E&M Coding, Capsa ED Coding, and Capsa CDI — are described as planned or “coming soon.” They are not currently available for purchase, and their features, names, timing, and availability may change or may not be released.
